摘要
我国男子800 m训练中对"三从一大"训练原则的执行存在以下问题:1)对800 m专项比赛中"质"?——步长与个体竞赛目标"量"的关系存在认识偏差;2)对100 m专项速度和400 m专项耐力速度的忽视;3)对"大强度、大运动量"与个体竞赛目标"量"的存在错误理解;4)对600 m个体竞赛目标"量"的训练的忽视.针对这些问题,我们提出了以"实战"为原则、以运动员个体竞赛目标"量"为设计标准的800 m训练新理念:1)依据800 m项目步长即"质"的本质特征,提高跑步的经济性;2)以提高800 m青少年运动员的短跑成绩为个体竞赛目标"量"来实现有效负荷的"质与量";3)800 m有效负荷强度训练要依据运动员个体竞赛目标设计;4)以800 m运动员个体竞赛目标的"实战"为标准,建立600 m个体竞赛目标指标.
There are some cognitive errors in understanding the principle of Three Requirements and Heavy Load in 800 m track training: misunderstanding the relationship between quality in step length and quantity in in- dividual contests, neglecting the speed in 100 m track and the endurance in 400 m track, misunderstanding exces- sive intensity and amount of exercise in individual contests and neglecting the amount in 600 m track training. Therefore, in order to remove these errors, a new concept based on athletics' target quantity in 800 m contests is put forward that the improvement of step length in 800 m track training is the basis of running economics, the im- provement of short running can achieve valid load both in quantity and quality in teenager runners' training, the intensity of 800 m training should depend on athletics' target performances in contests and the goal of 600 m track training should base on that of men' s 800 m track contest.
