淮南地区新集一矿典型采煤塌陷湖泊水体富营养化评价

摘要 在采煤塌陷湖泊体富营养化评价中,叶绿素a(Chlorophyll-a,简称"Chla")通常作为其富营养化程度的指示剂.通过对淮南地区新集一矿典型采煤塌陷湖泊体水样品的区域化采集,结合地表水环境质量标准(GB3838—2002)要求,测定26个水样品中叶绿素a、高锰酸盐指数、透明度(SD)、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)指标的含量值.结果表明:不同区域水体中Chla含量与相关环境影响因子之间存在不同程度相关性,即Chla与高锰酸盐指数、TP/TN呈正相关性,而与SD呈负相关性;基于湖泊营养状态Chla评价标准,表明不同区域水体隶属于富营养化状态,这为今后开展采煤沉陷湖泊体生态环境综合治理提供参考依据. Chlorophyll-a is usually used as an indicator of the degree of eutrophication in the eutrophicationassessment of coal mining subsidence lake.Based on the collection of Xinji 1 typical coal mining subsidencelake body water samples,combined with the environmental quality standards for surface water(GB 3838-2002),the chlorophyll-a,permanganate index,transparency(SD),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)in 26 water samples were determined. The results show: there are different degrees of relationship be-tween Chla value and related environmental factors in different regions in the studied water. Chla and per-manganate index,TP/TN show a positive correlation,and negative correlation with SD,based on Chla trophicstate evaluation standard,it was shown that the different water areas belong to eutrophication,to provide refer-ence for the future ecological development of coal mining subsidence lake body.
