显微镜腹股沟下精索静脉结扎术疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy

目的探讨显微镜腹股沟下精索静脉结扎术的有效性、安全性及可行性。方法回顾分析48例单侧精索静脉曲张患者的临床资料。结果所有手术均成功,平均手术时间65min,平均术中出血量5mL,术后平均住院天数1.5d。术后复查精液分析改善明显,2例复发,术后无重大并发症发生。结论 MSV是安全可行的,是处理精索静脉曲张的首选术式,较开放术式创伤更小且术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy, safety and feasibility of microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy （MSV）. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with single-side-varicocele were retrospectively analyzed. Results All operations were successful. The average operative time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay was 65 minutes, 5 mL, and 1.5 days, respectively. Recheck showed that the quality of semen was improved significantly. Recurrence occurred in 2 cases. No major postoperative complications were observed. Conclusion MSV is the first choice to treat varicocele. It is less invasive than open surgery and causes fewer complications. Therefore, it is worth wide clinical application
