摘要
现代煤化工行业在我国可持续能源发展中占据着重要的地位,其发展面临诸多环境问题及监管难题。系统回顾了现代煤化工行业相关环保政策的发展历程,指出产业布局、水资源短缺及环境承载力等问题是现代煤化工发展面临的主要环境风险。解析存在相关问题的原因,提出推进现代煤化工行业绿色发展的对策建议,即加强统筹规划、完善相关标准及规范、提高"零排放"环保意识、搭建绿色发展平台等。
Modern coal chemical industry takes an important position in the sustainable energy development in China, and its development is faced with many environmental problems and regulatory issues. The development history of modern coal chemical environmental protection policies was introduced in this paper. The main environmental risks faced by modern coal chemical industry were pointed out, including industrial layout, water shortage and environmental carrying capacity. The causes of problems were also analyzed. Finally, relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the green development of modern coal chemical industry were put forward, including strengthening the overall planning, prefecting the relevant standards and norms, improving the ＂zero discharge＂ environmental awareness, and building green development platform.
