自体耳软骨和自体真皮组织在再次隆鼻术中的应用

The application of autologous cartilage and autologous dermal tissue in re–rhinoplasty

目的探讨自体耳软骨和自体真皮组织在再次隆鼻术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2012年6月~2016年6月在我院采取自体耳软骨和自体真皮组织修复的56例再隆鼻患者临床病例资料,总结和分析其临床治疗效果。结果 56例患者再隆鼻术后鼻弧度流畅,鼻外形饱满,鼻尖有效延长;对患者进行为期3~10个月随访发现其切口未继发畸形和瘢痕增生,自体真皮组织和耳软骨组织修复患者鼻尖形态和鼻背显著改善,未见软骨和假体轮廓,鼻尖和鼻背未有发红,患者对手术修复效果满意度达到100%。结论应用自体耳软骨和真皮组织修复对再次隆鼻术具有较好的临床效果,不仅能增加患者鼻背和鼻尖组织厚度,还能减少术后并发症发生,该方法值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of autologous cartilage and autologous dermal tissue in reopening rhinoplasty.Methods Retrospective analysis of June 2012 ~ June 2016 in our hospital to take autologous cartilage and autologous dermal tissue repair in 56 cases of patients with recurrent rhinorrhea clinical data,summed up and analyze the clinical treatment.Results 56 patients after rhinoplasty rhinoplasty nasal curvature smooth,nose full shape,nasal effective extension; patients for 3 to 10 months followup found that the incision without secondary deformity and scar hyperplasia,autologous dermal tissue and ear cartilage tissue repair patients Nasal tip shape and the nose was significantly improved,no cartilage and prosthesis contours,nasal and nasal no redness,the patient＇s satisfaction with surgical repair results reached 100%.Conclusion The application of autologous cartilage and dermal tissue repair has a good clinical effect on re-rhinoplasty,not only can increase the thickness of nasal and nasal tip tissue,but also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,the method worthy of popularization and application.
