不同皮瓣扩张方法在外耳再造术中的临床应用研究

Clinical application of different flaps in the reconstruction of external ear

目的探讨不同皮瓣扩张方法在外耳再造术中的临床应用效果。方法:根据皮瓣扩张方法差异,将143例外耳再造术患者分为两瓣组(71例)和单瓣组(72例),两瓣组采取"扩张两瓣法",单瓣组采取"扩张单瓣法",比较两组患者并发症发生率及患者治疗满意度。结果:两瓣组并发症发生率为12.68%,明显高于单瓣组的6.94%,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两瓣组患者治疗满意度为88.73%,较单瓣组98.61%低,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"扩张单瓣法"为耳廓再造提供更多的支架包裹皮瓣,避免了皮片移植加重患者的损伤,有效降低并发症发生率,显著提高患者治疗满意度。

Objective To investigate the different flap expansion method in ear reconstruction surgery in clinical application. Method According to the expanded skin flap method difference,143 cases of ear reconstruction were divided into two groups of flap（71 cases） and single group（72 cases）,two flap group adopted ＂two flap expansion＂,＂expansion of single group adopt single method,compared two groups of patients with complications and patient satisfaction with treatment. Result The complications of two flap group the incidence rate was 12.68%,significantly higher than single group 6.94%,comparison between groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Two flap group patients satisfaction was 88.73%,compared with the single group of 98.61% low,comparison between groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The expansion of single method provide support package for more flap reconstruction of auricle,avoid skin graft aggravate injury patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient satisfaction with treatment..
