局部皮瓣修复头面部缺损创面的临床应用

Clinical application of local flap in the repair of head and facial defects

目的对局部皮瓣修复头面部缺损创面的临床方法及效果进行观察。方法对在我院接受局部皮瓣修复头面部缺损创面的50例患者临床资料进行分析,观察患者头面部位缺损创面的部位、形状及大小等来对为患者设计对应的皮瓣,并采用不同的皮瓣修复方法,观察患者术后康复效果、并发症发生及半年随访情况。结果 50例患者经过治疗后均达到Ⅰ期治疗效果,治愈率为100%,治疗后并发症发生率为6%,患者随访期内修复部位功能、外形均得到满意效果。结论给予头面部缺损创面患者局部皮瓣修复手术能够保证修复部位形态、功能的良好修复,同时具有术后并发症发生率低的优势。

Objective Clinical methods and effects of local flap to repair facial defect were observed. Methods Clinical data of 50 patients undergoing skin flap to repair the defects of head and neck wounds in our hospital were analyzed,observe the defect of head parts of the patient＇s position,shape and size of the corresponding design for patients the flap flap,and different methods of rehabilitation effect after operation were observed,and the half year follow-up complications. Results 50 patients after treatment reached the treatment stage,the cure rate was 100%,the complication rate was 4% after treatment,patients were followed up in the repair site,with satisfactory appearance. Conclusion Given local flap defect repair surgery in patients with craniofacial morphology can ensure the repair site,good repair function,but also has a low incidence of postoperative complications Advantage.
