创伤性周围性面瘫的诊断与手术治疗

Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment of Traumatic Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探析创伤性周围性面瘫的诊断手段及手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年6月~2016年12月收治的50例创伤性周围性面瘫患者临床资料,总结其诊断手段并围绕面神经减压术治疗效果展开分析。结果面神经减压术实施前后50例患者面神经功能改善效果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤性周围性面瘫的诊断应结合多种检查手段综合判定,而面神经减压术则能够取得理想的疗效,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the diagnostic methods of traumatic peripheral facial paralysis and the effect of surgical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with traumatic peripheral facial paralysis from June 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnostic methods were analyzed and the effect of facial nerve decompression was analyzed. Results The improvement of facial nerve function in 50 patients before and after facial nerve decompression was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis of traumatic peripheral facial paralysis should be combined with a variety of means of comprehensive assessment,and facial nerve decompression can achieve the desired effect,it is worth promoting the use.
