负压封闭引流术对烧伤整形患者疼痛程度及创面感染发生率的影响

Effect of negative pressure occlusion on pain degree and wound infection incidence in patients with burn plastic surgery

目的探讨负压封闭引流术(VSD)对烧伤整形患者疼痛程度及创面感染发生率的影响。方法将我院2014年12月~2015年11月31例行常规换药治疗的患者纳入对照组,另将2015年12月~2016年11月行负压封闭引流术的32例患者纳入观察组,比较两组治疗效果、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及创面感染发生情况。结果观察组治疗优良率为87.50%(28/32),高于对照组64.52%(20/31),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面感染发生率为6.25%(2/32)低于对照组29.03%(9/31),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流术可缓解烧伤整形患者疼痛程度,降低创面感染发生率,提高疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure occlusion on pain degree and wound infection incidence in patients with burn plastic surgery. Methods From December 2014 to November 2015,31 patients who were treated with routine dressing were selected as control group,from December 2015 to November 2016,another 32 patients underwent negative pressure occlusion and drainage were selected as observation group,treatment effect,visual analogue scale（VAS） and wound infection of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 87.50%（28/32）,which was higher than that of the control group（64.52%,20/31）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）; After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）; The wound infection incidence of the observation group was 6.25%（2/32）,which was lower than that of the control group（29.03%,9/31）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Negative pressure closed drainage can relieve pain degree,reduce wound infection incidence and improve efficacy in patients with burn plastic surgery.
