Q-1064nm激光联合口服妥赛敏治疗黄褐斑的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of Q-1064nm laser combined with oral tamoxin in the treatment of chloasma

目的分析Q-1064nm激光联合口服妥赛敏治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法以本院62例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象(收治时间是2015年6月-2016年6月),随机分成2组,对照组(31例)单纯采取Q-1064nm激光治疗,观察组(31例)采取Q-1064nm激光联合口服妥赛敏的治疗方案。将2组的m MASI评分和性激素水平进行比较。结果观察组治疗后的m MASI评分(3.15±2.01分)、促黄体生成素水平(12.13±2.58pmol/L)、促卵泡生成素水平(10.16±2.63pmol/L)及血清雌二醇水平(175.46±49.58pmol/L)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Q-1064nm激光治疗黄褐斑的效果一般,在此基础上口服妥赛敏可提高疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Q-1064 nm laser combined with oral tamoxin in the treatment of chloasma. Methods Sixty-two patients with chloasma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（n = 31） received Q-1064 nm laser treatment,and the observation group（31 cases） to take Q-1064 nm laser combination oral tamoxifen treatment program. The m MASI scores of 2 groups were compared with sex hormone levels. Results The levels of m MASI（3.15 ± 2.01 points）,luteinizing hormone levels（12.13±2.58pmol/L）,follicle-stimulating hormone levels（10.16±2.63pmol/L） and serum estradiol levels（175.46±49.58pmol/L） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Q-1064 nm laser treatment of chloasma effect in general,on the basis of oral tamoxifen treatment can improve the efficacy.
