医学护肤品联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis with medical skin care and Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel

目的观察雅漾医学护肤品联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 94例激素依赖性皮炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组.治疗组47例,外用雅漾医学护肤品联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,共治疗8周,对照组47例外用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,方法和疗程同治疗组。结果治疗后两组患者的瘙痒、灼热、潮红、丘疹、干燥脱屑、毛细血管扩张及色素沉着等症状较治疗前均有明显缓解,其中治疗组的症状改善显著优于对照组,评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为91.49%,对照组为64.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0 05)。结论雅漾医学护肤品联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Avene medical skin care combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 94 cases of hormone dependent dermatitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 47 cases,topical Avene medical skin care products with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel,a total of 8 weeks of treatment,the control group with the exception of 47 Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel,and the method of treatment with the treatment group. Results After treatment,two groups of patients with itching,burning,redness,papules,dry desquamation,telangiectasia and pigmentation symptoms before treatment were significantly relieved in treatment group symptoms improved significantly better than the control group,were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.49%,and has significant difference with the control group 63.83%（P〈005）. Conclusion The curative effect of Avene medical skin care combining with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.
