Literature Review of Fortification in Ancient Nationalities along the Aumer Basin(Part Ⅲ)

黑龙江流域古代民族的筑城史自秽貊、索离、夫余筑城,延至元明清时期,在数千年的历史长河中几乎未有中断。索离、夫余圆形土城和三江平原汉魏古城群则证实黑龙江流域古代民族已迈入文明时期。高句丽、勿吉、靺鞨、渤海国时期的筑城由山城转向大量修筑土筑平原城的历史阶段,并进入到复杂而庞大的京城设计与建设的历史阶段,并为辽、金两代继承,开创了黑龙江流域辉煌的城市文明和城市化进程。元明清时代,黑龙江流域的筑城文明逐渐陷入低谷。

The fortification history of ancient nationalities along Aumer basin can date back to Huimo, Suoli, extending to the dynasty of Yuan, Ming and Qing, and it has almost no interruption in thousands of years of history. It can proved that ancient nationalities along Aumer basin have gone into the age of civilization from circular kasbah city in Suoli and Fuyusince as well as from the groups of ancient cities in Three River plain in Han and Wei dynasties. Fortification in the period of Koguryo, Wuji, Mohe and the Bohai has changed to the historical stage of building up large number of soil plain cities, then changed to the stage of designing and constructing complex and enormous capital city. Liao and Jin dynasties inherited the fortification history, created a glorious city civilization and the urbanlization process in Aumer basin and the urbanization process. However, the fortification civilization is gradually getting into a low ebb in Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties.
