摘要
随着国际组织在全球范围内的影响力越来越大,对人才的需求标准更高、更新。我国在国际组织中的人才储备相对较少,这与我国的国际地位极不匹配。应培养更多的复合型、创新型的高素质人才,参与到各种国际组织中去。借鉴发达国家的国际化人才培养成功经验,结合我国国情制订相应的人才培养模式,促进我国人才到国际组织中工作,提升中国在重要国际组织中的影响力和话语权。
With the ever increasing influence of international organizations on the global scale, the standards of their demand for talents are getting higher and more updated. The reserve of talents in the international organizations is relatively less in China, which does not match with China's international status. We should cultivate more high-quality talents of compound and innovative type, participating in various activities in international organizations. Borrowing the successful experiences in cultivating international talents from developed countries and combining the situation of our country, the corresponding mode of talents training should be worked out so as to promote Chinese talents entering into the international organization as well as to promote China's influence and voice in the important international organizations.
