我国大学生法律素质教育在高校法制文化建设中还处于薄弱的地位。实际上,大学生法律素质培养是高校法制文化建设的核心,大学生法制素养体现出高校法制文化建设水平,提高大学生法律素质是目前高校法制文化建设的核心。

The quality education of law towards college students is still in a weak position in the cultural construction of rule by law in our country. In fact, the legal quality education towards college students is the core of the cultural construction of rule by law in colleges and universities. Therefore, the key point in the construction is to improve college students＇ legal quality which in turn reflects the construction level of the culture of rule by law in colleges and universities.
