Journalists should be integrate the two parts properly by implementing the principle of party spirit and insisting on the popularity as well. Therefore, based on the philosophy of people-orientation, it＇s crucial for journalists to practice humanistic concerns, should attend on the receiver＇s right to be informed, should stress people＇s survival state, and should explore the truth, kindness, beauty when reporting public emergency events.
