Analysis of the Legalization of Social Governance

依法治国是我国的基本治国方略,建设社会主义法治国家是根本目标,社会治理法治化是社会治理的方向。完善社会治理制度,提高社会治理水平,增强社会治理监督,追求社会治理法治化,是时代的需求。加快推进社会治理法治化发展,是实现国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的必然要求。由法治规范社会治理行为,社会治理助推法治发展,追求社会公平正义,实现公民利益最大化。

Ruling the country by law is a basic statecraft in out country. The fundamental goal is to build socialism country under the rule of law, and the direction of social governance is to legalize the social governance. The times demands us to improve the system of social governance, to elevate the level of social governance, to strengthen the governance supervision as well as to pursue the legalization of social governance. Beefing up the development of social governance legalization is the inevitable requirement of realizing the modernization of national governance system and management ability. What we should do is to regulate social governance behaviors under the rule of law, to boost development of rule of law by social governance, to pursue social equity and justice, and to realize citizens＇ benefit maximization.
