The Process Management of Finance-aiding the Needy Students in Higher Education

高校贫困生资助已成广泛关注的问题。高校管理整个资助过程有一定的问题,制订具有科学性、合理性的认定工作,健全助学贷款的相关体系,大力开展勤工俭学,使更多贫困生得到资助。增强思想政治、心理健康和感恩方面的教育,完善资助工作中考评及跟踪机制的提议,促进资助目标的完成以及实现教育功能。

It has attracted wide social concern to provide finance aid for the needy students in higher education. There exist certain problems in college management when funding the needy students, therefore, it＇s necessary to formulate a set of scientific and rational identifying standards, to complete the corresponding system of student loans, to vigorously carry out work-study programs, and to make more needy students receive funding. The following measures are suggested in the paper like the following： to strengthen the education in terms of ideology and politics, mental health, and gratefulness, to complete the appraisal and tracking mechanism in the funding work, to promote the accoplishment of funding targets and to realize the education function.
