On Basic Characteristics of Vocational Education and its Revelation on Tourism Higher Education

旅游高等教育是专业教育,其教育类型相对较为独立,能够为社会培养和输送人才。通过"柏林教学论模式"可知,教学目标、内容、媒体和方法是该教学模式的重要组成部分,因而从该模式各个组成部分对职业教育的基本特征进行分析具有必要性。

Tourism higher education is a professional education with relatively independent education types and is able to cultivate and transport talents for the society. It can be told by the teaching mode which is terms as ＂the mode of Berlin teaching theory＂ that teaching aims, teaching content, teaching media as well as teaching methods are important components. It is of great necessity to analyze the basic characteristics of the vocational education from the components of this teaching model.
