省级品牌专业建设思路与措施——以酒店管理专业为例

摘要 酒店管理品牌专业的建设要把握行业发展脉搏,凸显"校企合作、工学结合"的人才培养模式。为确保特色专业建设目标的实现,采取以下措施:深化校企合作,实现"校、企、生"三赢;提升专业实践技能,注重培养青年教师;把握行业需求,改革课程内容;完善管理制度,兼顾规范化与灵活性;扩展资源建设,提升社会服务影响。 The provincial brand major construction of hospitality management should grasp the development trends of the industry development, and highlight the talent training modes of "school-enterprise cooperation" and "work-study integration". To ensure the goal of constructing featured specialty is to be achieved, the following measures can be taken as follows: to deepen School-enterprise cooperation, to realize the "triple-win" in schools, enterprises and students, to improving professional practice skills, to focus on cultivating young teachers, to grasp the requirements of industries, to reform curriculum contents, to improve managerial system, to make a balance between standardization and flexibility, to expand .resources construction as well as to promote the impact of social service.
