基于就业岗位的高职“酒店人力资源管理”课程内容设计

摘要 2014年《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》提到发展现代职业教育需"专业设置与产业企业岗位需求对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接"等,以保障高职院校毕业生与企业需求的契合度。"酒店人力资源管理"课程在传统教学与毕业生就业岗位实际工作之间存在差异,课程内容设计与基层管理者在人力资源管理职能、工作内容、岗位工作相比较,改革课程教学内容的设计。 It is pointed in 2014 in "The Decisions of Accelerating the Development of Modem Vocational Education by the State Council" that the development of modem vocational education needs to do the docking work well in terms of professional settings and.jobs in industrial enterprises, the course content and occupational standards, teaching processes and production processes, etc. with the aim of ensuring the integration between vocational college graduates and the demand of enterprise. There do exit differences between traditional teaching and the practical work of graduates employment in the course of" Hotel Human Resources Management". Therefore, we should reform the design of its teaching content in comparison with the first-line managers' management functions, working content as well as working positions in human resources.
