摘要
阐述海河流域水资源监控平台中水资源调度模型的建立意义、设计目标、工作方式。以引滦水资源调度模型为例,通过分析区域水量调度基本情况和特点,率定水资源调度模型中的输入和输出参数,分析资源调度模型设计,例举出在信息查询、方案管理、方案后评估方面的实际调度,监控中心和分中心会商,信息查询和管理、模拟仿真方面的决策支持等应用功能。针对模型现存问题,提出增强模型应用的贴合性、实时性和交互性等应用建议。水资源调配模型将为流域开展水资源计划、实时调度等提供决策支持,使流域水资源调度的运行管理更趋于科学合理。
The article expounds the construction significance, design objective and working mechanism of water resource transfer modeling in Haihe Rever basin water resources monitoring platform. Taking Luanhe-Tianjin Water Diversion Project as an example, through analyzing the status quo and features of reginal water resource transfer, the article rates input and output indices in water resource transfer modeling, analyzes the design of resource scheduling model, lists the application functions, such as actual scheduling in terms of information query, plan management, after solution measures, consultation of monitoring center and sub-center, decision-making of information query and management, simulation. Aiming at the existing problem of the model, it puts forward the proposal of strengthening conformability, real-time and interaction of model application. Water resource transfer models provide decision-making support in water resource planning and real-time scheduling, make the operation and management of water resources scheduling tend to be more scientific and reasonable.
