摘要
港口的综合运营情况由主观因素和客观因素共同决定。文章解释港口吸引力的概念并基于影响港口发展的主观因素和客观因素都是可量化的假设,收集2014年中国23个港口数据计算港口吸引力指数并重点分析福建港口;采用结构方程建模研究影响港口吸引力因素之间的结构关系,研究发现主观因素对港口吸引力有一定影响;分析港口吸引力和投资策略,得出福建政府在对港口硬基础设施投资建设的同时需要更加注重软基础设施投资建设的结论。
The overall operational situation of a port is based on objective factors and subjective factors.In this work,the concept of port attractiveness was analyzed,starting with the hypothesis that subjective and objective factors impacting the development of port could be quantified,based on the Port Attractiveness Index data of 23 ports in 2014 ,and which of Fujian ports were particu- larly analyzed.The structural relationships among the three sets of determinants were investigated to find out their impacts on port attractiveness.The results indicated that subjective factors are indeed influential variables for port attractiveness. Moreover, by examining port attractiveness and investment strategies,it was concluded that government of Fujian Province should implement soft infrastructure as a first step rather than investing in hard infrastructures.
