养血行血方抗大鼠实验性外伤性视神经损伤的形态学观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察养血行血方对实验性外伤性视神经损伤的保护作用。方法将实验SD大鼠60只随机抽取15只为空白对照组,其余45只造模后随机分为模型对照组、生理盐水组及中药治疗组,每组15只。空白对照组及模型对照组造模24小时后,生理盐水组及中药治疗组(养血行血方)用药4周后取左眼观察视网膜视神经的形态变化。结果大鼠造模后大量RGC肿胀变形,胞核肿胀明显,神经纤维层显著水肿;生理盐水组大量RGC胞体变形,呈空泡样变性脱落,数量显著减少,核皱缩,神经纤维层显著变薄;而中药治疗组只有少量RGC轻度肿胀,少量变性,数量略减少,胞核可见,神经纤维层轻度变薄。结论养血行血方能抗RGC损伤,降低其凋亡,促进视神经纤维的修复而保护视神经。 OBJECTIVE To observe the morphological changes of protecting effect of blood-nourishing and circulation-boosting formula on experimental traumatic optic nerve injury. METHODS Sixty experimental SD rats were used in this study, and they were randomly and evenly divided into blank control group, model control group, saline group and TCM treatment group( 15 cases, 30 eyes in each group). Observed the morphological change of op- tic nerve tissue in blank control group and the model control group 24 hours after modeling. While changes in the other two groups were observed 4 weeks after administration of saline and blood-nourishing and circulation-boosting (RGC) were in swollen, nuclei were swollen obviously and nerve fiber layers were in edema. In saline group, large scale of RGC deformed in vacuolar degeneration and decrease in the number, nuclear shrunk and nerve fiber layer thinned markedly; while in TCM treatment group, there was only a small amount of slight swelling RGC, mild de- generation, slight decrease in number and the nuclei were intact, nerve fiber layers were mildly thin. CONCLU- SIONS The blood-nourishing and circulation-boosting formula prevented RGC from experimental injury, inhibited its apoptosis, and preserved optical nerve through promoting the retinal ganglion cells repairment.
