Betrand Russell is a famous British philosopher and thinker in the 20 th century.In 1920,he came to China and gave lectures in respond to the chinese academic community's invitation,which brought great influence to the society then.In this article the author take its influence to chinese culture and education as a topic,narrate and comment the matter briefly.
