当前,国内外交通信号系统优化和交通信号实时优化理论都是建立在历史统计数据基础之上的。随着"智慧城市"建设工作的深入,交通大数据尤其是短时交通流的采集、分析更加容易,为交通信号实时优化提供了基础支撑,通过构建相关技术路线推动交通信号优化理论进一步发展。
