摘要
基于BIM技术和博弈理论,通过对传统施工企业进行分类,制定企业级BIM技术应用的实施流程框架,指出自主设置,外包,合作3种实施模式,以及每种模式下的具体实施流程步骤。并运用博弈理论期望效用函数,结合不同规模的施工企业,进行3种模式下的博弈分析,给出不同规模企业BIM技术应用选择方案。为企业级BIM应用提供了具体的实施步骤,为企业管理者提供了运用BIM技术的行之有效的决策方法。
Bases on BIM technology and game theory,this paper classifies the traditional construction enterprise,makes enterprise-class implementation process framework of BIM technology application,points out three types of implementation modes including independent set,outsourcing and cooperation. In addition,this paper also puts forward specific implementation procedures for each mode. By using the game theory and expected utility function to analysis the three kinds of mode combining with different scale of construction enterprise,this paper provides the optional application of BIM technology for different scales enterprises. This study provides a specific implementation steps for enterprise-class BIM technology application, and offers an effective decision-making of BIM application to managers.
