中国绿色建筑认证项目发展现状分析及建议

Status and Suggestion for the Development of Green Certification Projects in China

面对资源、能源与环境的巨大压力,绿色建筑已成为国际关注的建筑议题。基于美国的LEED和中国的GBES两大绿色认证体系在中国应用广泛的背景,研究了GBES和LEED认证项目的逐年累计数量、区域分布、级别分布以及专业认证人员区域分布的现状。结果表明我国绿色认证项目的数量逐年快速上升,但呈现出一定的地域差异,整体认证水平处于二星级(金级),绿色认证项目快速发展与专业认证人员缺乏之间的矛盾突显。据此提出了相应的发展建议。

Facing enormous pressures from resources,energy,and environment,green building has become an internationally concerned construction topic. Based on the two equally well-practiced green certification systems,LEED and GBES,this study investigated the development status of the annual number,regional distribution,certification level distribution and accredited professionals＇（APs）regional distribution of green projects certified by LEED and GBES. Results indicated that the number of green certification projects increased rapidly through the years,but green certification projects displayed geographical differences,the overall certification level was two stars（gold）,and the contradiction between the rapid development of green certification projects and the lack of Aps has become apparent. Corresponding suggestions for the development of green certification projects were proposed.
