摘要
重大工程组织公民行为是参建方实施的、超出合同范围、但整体上有助于实现项目目标的积极行为。基于组织行为学的最新成果和285条重大工程参建团队行为事件,采用扎根理论的质性研究方法,对重大工程组织公民行为进行识别。结果表明,重大工程组织公民行为包括7个维度:协同互助、自觉尽责、首创性、维护关系和谐、奉献、项目服从与自我提升。相比文献中的OCB,除了首创性之外,重大工程组织公民行为的其他6个维度均涌现出差异化特征。
Organizational citizenship behavior which comes from highly subjective initiative and creativity of participants exceeds the scope of contract and has been a critical factor to achieve the construction goal of megaproject. Based on organizational behavior science and 285 OCB cases observed in the practice of construction megaprojects,this research aims to identify the main OCB dimensions engaged by participating teams in construction megaprojects. Through using grounded theory,the derived results indicated that the OCB engaged by participating teams in construction megaprojects was constituted of seven dimensions including collaborative help,conciseness,initiative,keep good relationship,dedication,compliance and self-development. Compared to OCB in literature,rather than initiative behavior,the other six dimensions have shown difference features.
