凌源市补充耕地数量质量按等级折算系数研究

以凌源市农用地分等定级成果为基础,采用回归分析法建立耕地利用等指数与标准粮产量关系的数学模型,得到凌源市补充耕地数量质量等级折算系数,为实现耕地占补数量和质量平衡、保证农业综合生产能力不降低提供参考。
