摘要
利用活性稀释剂调节紫外光固化树脂的黏度,考察稀释剂的类型对降黏效果的影响,并研究了不同活性稀释剂对紫外光固化树脂的硬度、固化收缩及热机械性能的影响。结果表明:紫外光固化树脂黏度的降低程度依赖于稀释剂的相对分子质量大小和分子结构,稀释剂的反应基团官能度和柔性链段的不同造成紫外光固化树脂性能的差异性。
The reactive diluents were used to adjust the viscosity of UV curable resin. The effect of types of diluents on viscosity reducing was investigated. The influence of various diluents on the hardness, curing shrinkage and thermomeehanical properties of UV curable resin were also stud- ied. The results indicate that the viscosity reduction of UV curable resin depends on the relative molecular mass and the molecular structure of dilu- ents. The difference of functionality and flexible segments of diluents ]eads to the diversity of UV curable resin performance.
