复配混凝工艺净化劣化淬火油实验研究

摘要 劣化淬火油降解性差,直接排放对环境危害较大,需再生处理后循环使用。采用相对反应温和、操作简单、二次污染小的混凝脱色工艺,对劣化淬火油进行复配二次混凝处理,筛选出适合的混凝剂,并对混凝的主要影响因素进了实验研究。实验得出,混凝剂复配为1,6-己二胺(一次混凝)与聚酰胺树脂(二次混凝),两次混凝的最佳反应条件分别为:最佳投药量2%(W/V)和10%(V/V);最佳反应温度75℃和80℃;最佳搅拌时间8min和10min。经净化后的劣化油,其吸光度、黏度显著降低。 The deteriorative quenching oil has poor degradability, it will do harm to the environment badly if it is directly discharged, therefore, it needs to be reused after regenerating. The compound coagulation is a mild reaction which is simple operated with less secondary pollution, and it is used for treating the deteriorative quenching oil. The suitable coagulant is selected, and the main influencing factors on coagulation are studied. The results show that the coagulant is HAD and polyamide resin for the primary and secondary respectively. The optimal reaction conditions are listed as follows: the optimal quantity of reagent is 2% (mass fraction) and 10% (volume fraction); the optimum reaction temperature is 75℃ and 80℃; The best stirring time is 8min and10min. The absorbance and viscosity of the deterioration oil declines greatly after the purification.
