摘要 应对国土资发[2014]176号文件将"矿井提升直流电动机列为限制类技术",提出相应对策。采用异步电动机和高、低压变频器取代高速直流电动机及直流调速系统,目前已具备条件;采用低速同步电动机和高压、中压变频器(IGBT和IGCT型)替代低速直流电动机及其调速系统,还需长期持续努力;在不断提高理论研究水平的基础上,全面发展我国低速同步电动机及其驱动技术和产品,为早日全面限制使用和淘汰矿井提升直流电动机甚至高速异步电动机做好准备;以低速同步电动机及其高、中压变频器为驱动的低速直联型将主导矿井提升机市场。 In view of document [2014] 176 issued by Ministry of Land and Resources that the mine hoist DC motor being listed as the restrictive technology, the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The replacement of the high-speed DC motor and DC speed regulating system with the asynchronous motor and the high-and-low voltage inverter has been ready, while the replacement of the low-speed DC motor and its speed regulating system with low-speed synchronous motor and high-and-medium voltage inverter needs long-term sustained efforts; fully development of low-speed synchronous motor and its drive technology and products based on continuously improved theoretical research level has gotten ready for early elimination on the mine hoist DC motor and high-speed asynchronous motor; the low-speed direct-connection hoist with low-speed synchronous motor and high-and-medium voltage inverter will dominate the mine hoist market.
