某石英脉型金矿石浮选试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 某石英脉型金矿石含金4.82 g/t,矿石中金以微细粒嵌布为主,金与其他矿物嵌布关系密切,且部分金被包裹于石英中。为寻求处理该类型矿石的工艺方案,对试样进行了浮选试验。结果表明,采用一次粗选、二次精选、三次扫选、中矿顺序返回的浮选流程,用硫酸作pH调整剂,六偏磷酸钠作矿泥分散剂,硫酸铜作活化剂,丁基黄药和丁铵黑药作复合捕收剂,得到含金59.26%、金回收率87.85%的金精矿。该浮选工艺中硫酸在调整矿浆pH至最佳值时,同时起到了清洗、活化目的矿物表面的作用,而六偏磷酸钠能分散细粒石英与金及其载体矿物,降低细粒石英脉石对金矿物及载体矿物浮选的影响,从而实现金矿物的高效浮选。 A quartz vein typed gold ore contained gold of 4.82 g/t. The gold was disseminated in the ore in microgranular particle, and closely related to other minerals, while partial gold was wrapped in quartz. To determine the technical scheme of processing the type of ore, the flotation test of the ore sample was conducted. The results showed the gold concentrate with gold grade of 59.26% and gold recovery of 87.85% was obtained with the flotation process involving one roughing, two cleaning, three scavenging and middlings return in order. During the flotation process, sulfuric acid was used as the pH modifier, sodium hexametaphosphate as the slurry dispersant, copper sulfate as the activator, butyl xanthate and butyl am-monium aerofloat as the combined collector. While the slurry pH was adjusted to the best value by sulfuric acid, it played an important role in cleaning and activation of objective mineral surface. The sodium hexametaphosphate dispersed the fine-grained quartz, gold and its carder minerals, so as to relieve the influence of the fine-grained quartz gangue on flotation of the gold and its carrier minerals, thus effective flotation of the gold mineral was realized.
