摘要
介绍了一种利用水泥窑消纳生活垃圾的焚烧炉进料系统设计方案,它包括了工艺流程、主要设备及电气控制系统配置等。该方案改善了焚烧炉入口的堵料问题,避免了系统出现故障时造成严重影响,现场实际运行效果良好。
The paper introduced the design scheme of the feeding system of an incinerator for processing urban garbage with waste heat of the cement kiln, which included the technical process, main equipments and configuration of electric control system. The system relieved the clogging at the incinerator entrance and avoided the failure of system. Field operation showed its excellent application effects.
