摘要
以提升机大转矩平面摩擦传动副为研究对象,介绍了其结构设计特点、计算方法、加工工艺以及摩擦面表面处理方法等。通过对比试验,确定摩擦面火焰处理方法综合性较好,便于在提升机行业应用。JKMD-5.7×4PⅢ样机工业应用测试表明,新的计算方法完全能够达到规定的各项要求。
Taking the large-torque plane friction transmission pair as the study object, the paper introduced its structural design features, calculation method, processing technology and treatment method of friction surface. Contrast test showed the flame treatment method for the friction surface was characterized by excellent comprehensive performance, which was convenient for application to the hoist. The industrial application test of JKMD-5.7×4PⅢ prototype showed the new calculation method completely reached the specified requirements.
