摘要
刮板是刮板输送机的易损零部件,为了增强其强度和刚度,某矿采用经验类比法对刮板进行了优化。模拟刮板被杆状金属卡阻、圆环链拉力持续增大及杆状金属被切断等极端工况,对刮板进行受力分析,并计算其受力值;运用Pro/Engineer软件建立精确的三维模型,对刮板组件进行有限元分析,研究其应力分布和变形情况,找出刮板的设计缺陷和薄弱区域并进行优化;再对优化后的刮板组件进行有限元建模和结构分析,在材质不变的前提下,比较优化前后的质量、强度和刚度,肯定了优化后刮板结构的合理性。
The scraper is a fragile part of the scraper conveyor. In order to increase the strength and the rigidity of the scraper, the scraper was optimized by empirical analogy in a mine. First, the extreme operation mode were simulated such as the scraper was blocked by metal bar, the tension of the round-link chain continuously increased and the metal bar was cut, the stress of the scraper was analyzed, and the stress was calculated. And then, Pro/ Engineer was applied to establish accurate 3D model, and FEA of the scraper was conducted. After its stress distribution and deformation were studied, its design flaw and the weak area were identified, and the scraper was optimized. At last, the optimized scraper was modeled and structurally analyzed, and the mass, strength and rigidity of the scraper before and after optimization were contrasted remaining its material unchanged. The structure reasonableness of the optimized scraper was confirmed.
