摘要
以某硅铁矿热炉烟气余热发电为例,分析了烟气管道复合保温结构的热工特点。计算表明,管道内外均采用复合保温结构,它不仅降低了金属管壁表面温度,为低等级钢管的应用提供了机会,而且可保证锅炉入口烟气温降控制在1℃以内,并可防止在炎热天气发生烫伤事故,确保了余热锅炉的热效率,为此类工程设计提供了参考。
Taking the WHR (waste heat recovery) power generation system in a silicon steel metallurgy factory as the study object, the paper analyzed the thermal transfer features of the composite thermal insulation for gas duct. Calculation results showed: the composite thermal insulation applied to the inner and outer of the duct not only reduced the surface temperature of the wall of the metal duct, which offered chance for application of low-grade steel duct, but the temperature drop of the gas at the boiler inlet was controlled within 1 ~C. Thus the empyrosis could be avoided in hot days, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler was guaranteed. The study offered reference for similar engineering design.
