Existing problems and countermeasures of flat bottom stepping of open TBM

摘要 隧道掘进机(Tunnel Boring Machine,TBM)步进速度对项目工期有较大影响,尤其是敞开式TBM施工与钻爆法相结合时,需要实现长距离步进,如地铁隧道步进过站,特殊情况下的始发洞步进等。以洛阳市某引水隧道工程始发洞步进为例,围绕TBM平底步进技术进行研究,并对施工过程中遇到的技术问题和对策进行分析探讨,为此类工程建设提供了有益借鉴。 The stepping speed of TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine) has great affects on construction duration and economic benefits of the project, especially in the project combining TBM and drilling blasting method, long-distance stepping is needed, such as stepping over the subway station and stepping of initial hole etc. In the paper, the stepping of initial hole of a water diversion project in Luoyang was taken as the example, the flat bottom stepping of open TBM was studied, and encountered technical issues and countermeasures were discussed, which offered reference for similar construction.
