北疆高寒牧区不同杂交改良模式对绵羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响

Effect of hybrid modified model on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality in sheep in Alpine pastoral areas of northern Xinjiang area

本研究在新疆北疆北塔山地区,比较了3种不同杂交改良模式对本地绵羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。结果显示:阿勒泰羊与本地羊杂交模式,能够提高羔羊的日增重、胸深、胸宽、屠宰率和净肉率5个指标;多浪羊与本地羊杂交模式,能够显著提高羔羊的出生重、6月龄体重、日增重、体高、体长、胸深、胸宽、胸围、屠宰率、净肉率、净肉重、眼肌面积、嫩度和失水率14个指标;巴什拜羊与本地羊杂交模式,能够提高羔羊的6月龄体重、体长、胸深、胸宽、胸围、净肉重、骨肉比、眼肌面积和嫩度9个指标。

The current study was conducted to examine whether three different hybrid could improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality in local sheep in Beitashan of Northern Xinjiang.The result showed that the altay sheep with local hybrid mode,could improve the daily gain of the lamb,chest deep,chest width,slaughter rate and net meat percentage of five indicators.Waves with local sheep in hybrid mode could significantly improve the birth weight of the lamb,and 6 months of age body weight,daily gain,body height,body length,chest deep,chest width,chest circumference,net meat rate,slaughter rate of meat,eye muscle area,tenderness,and filtration rate 14 indexes.Bashkortostan worship with local sheep hybrid mode could improve the 6 months of the lamb body weight,body length,chest deep,chest width,chest circumference,net weight,tender flesh than,eye muscle area and degree of nine indicators.
