包被氧化锌替代高剂量氧化锌对35~49日龄仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、营养物质消化利用的影响 被引量:11

摘要 本试验旨在研究包被氧化锌替代高剂量氧化锌对35~49日龄仔猪生长性能、腹泻指数及对营养物质消化利用的影响。24头35日龄仔猪随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复2头,普通氧化锌组氧化锌含量为2 500 mg/kg,锌添加量为1 950 mg/kg;包被氧化锌组包被氧化锌含量为1 000 mg/kg,锌添加量为580 mg/kg。结果表明:包被氧化锌组料重比显著低于氧化锌组(P<0.05);包被氧化锌组猪只对干物质的表观消化率显著大于氧化锌组(P<0.05);腹泻率、粪便级数评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清铜锌-超氧化物歧化酶、血铜含量无显著差异(P>0.05),全血血红蛋白水平、皮毛指数也无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明低剂量添加的包被氧化锌提高了35~49日龄仔猪的生长性能和营养物质消化率。 The current project was conducted to evaluate the effect of high dose zinc oxide replacement with an encapsulated zinc oxide product on growth performance,diarrhea index and nutrient digestibility of 35 to 49 day-old piglets.Thirty-six pigs at 35-day-old were divided into two groups,six replicates per group and two pigs per replicates.The control group(Zn O level 2500 mg/kg; Zn supplement level1950 mg/kg) and experimental group(encapsulated Zn O level 1000 mg/kg; Zn supplement level 580 mg/kg) were received high dose zinc oxide diets and encapsulated zinc oxide diets,respectively.The results showed that the F/G ratio of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P〈0.05).The DM apparent digestibility of pigs in experimental group are higher than those of control group(P〈0.05).No difference in diarrhea index and plasma levels of Zn/Cu-SOD,Cu,HGB and fur index(P〉0.05) were observed between two groups(P〉0.05).The results indicated that low dose capsulated zinc oxide supplement could improve the growth performance and the digestibility of nutrients in 35-49 day-old pigs.
