摘要
为了开发一种临床上安全有效的防治兔病毒性出血症的药物,将75只无特定病原体且无抗兔病毒性出血症病毒(RHDV)抗体兔随机分成空白对照、复方1、复方2、复方3和病毒对照5个组,对比观察了3个针对兔病毒性出血症主证组成的口服中药复方抗RHDV感染效果,筛选出效果最好的复方1。并再次通过人工染毒法观察了复方1抗RHDV感染过程中血浆RHDV HI抗体、肝损伤以及氧化损伤评价指标的变化以评价复方1对兔病毒性出血症的防治作用。结果发现RHDV感染引起了兔明显的肝损伤和氧化损伤,复方1可以显著降低RHDV感染引起的家兔死亡,明显减轻肝脏病理变化和肝损伤程度,有效抑制RHDV造成的氧化损伤。表明复方1具有较好的抗兔病毒性出血症病毒的效果,有望被开发为一种防治兔病毒性出血症的临床新兽药。
In order to develop a clinically safe and effective drug to prevent and treat rabbit hemorrhagic disease(RHD),75 specific pathogen-free and rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus(RHDV) antibody-negative rabbits were randomly divided into five groups:blank control,compound 1,compound 2,compound 3 and virus control.The comparative analysis of three traditional Chinese medicine compounds against RHDV infection was conducted,and compound 1 was determined to be the best.The changes of serum HI antibody level,and liver injury and oxidative damage assessment indexes were investigated by artificial exposure method to evaluate the effect of compound 1 on the prevention and treatment of RHDV infection in rabbits.The results showed that RHDV infection caused liver injury and oxidative damage in rabbits obviously,and compound 1 could significantly reduce the mortality of rabbits caused by RHDV infection,significantly reduce the pathological changes of liver and the degree of liver damage,and effectively inhibit the oxidative damage caused by RHDV.It suggests that compound 1 has a good anti-RHD effect,and is expected to be developed as a clinical new veterinary drug for the prevention and treatment of RHD.
