改革创新背景下我国竞技体育可持续性发展研究

A Sustainable Development of China Competitive Sports Under the Background of Innovative Reform

主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等多学科研究方法,对改革开放以来中国竞技体育发展的历史背景和现实条件进行分析,审视我国竞技体育事业几十年来发展的历史过程和现状。对改革开放以来中国体育发展过程和多元内容进行详细的挖掘,力图从新的视角解读和探索我国竞技体育可持续发展模式,并为我国竞技体育可持续发展提供理论依据和参考。研究认为:1)竞技体育的发展经历了一个渐进积累与逐步深化的改革发展过程。2)中国特色的竞技体育管理体制与运行机制已经初步形成;政治、经济发展体制决定了体育发展的模式。中国足球协会脱离国家体育总局,标志着我国体育体制改革进程进一步深化。3)通过研究对构建符合我国国情的体育管理新体制,以及进一步推进新时期我国竞技体育管理体制改革具有现实意义。

This paper analyzed the historical background and realistic conditions of China competitive sports development since the reform and opening up,and surveyed its historical progress and current situation,by the methods of literature review and expert interview.For the purposes of exploring a sustainable development pattern from a new perspective and providing some theoretical basis,this study dug deeply on its development progress and multicomments.Conclusions：1） China competitive sports experienced a gradual accumulation and deepen reform development progress.2） China characteristic management system and running system of competitive sports have been formed initially;politic and economy determines the development pattern of sports.China Football Association separated from General Administration of Sport of China marks a further deepening of China sports reform.3）The research tried to construct a new and suitable sports management system for China which has realistic meaning to promote China competitive sports management system reform in the new era.
