经济转型绿色发展的深层次变革,已是中国经济新常态的大势所趋。现有工业园区研究还局限在生态工业园区和低碳化建设方面,缺少对园区绿色化发展的研究。南昌国家高新技术产业开发区作为江西省第一个千亿园区,发展态势迅速,不过在其发展过程中存在不少问题,需要通过绿色化改造来保证园区的可持续发展。从改进循环经济模式、建立环境保护激励机制、绿色招商、低碳化建设、绿色管理五个方面进行绿色化改造,对南昌高新区的绿色化发展有着启发和指导意义。
