慢性心力衰竭患者经硝酸甘油治疗的效果探析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of nitroglycerin on patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨给予慢性心力衰竭患者硝酸甘油治疗的临床效果。方法抽选2014年1月至2016年2月在我院内科接受救治的慢性心力衰竭患者200例为研究对象,根据患者入院时间先后分为对照组和观察组。对照组(100例)患者给予卧床休息、病因控制等常规治疗措施,观察组(100例)患者则在此基础上添加硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗,对比两组患者治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组患者(74.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率(2.0%)与对照组患者(3.0%)相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上添加硝酸甘油治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,效果确切,同时安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nitroglycerin in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Two hundred cases of patients with chronic heart failure admitted in medical department of our hospital from January 2014 to feburary 2016 were selected as research objects, which were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time. The control group （100 cases） was treated with bed rest, symptom control and other conventional treatment, while the observation group （100 cases） accepted intravenous infusion of nitroglycerin treatment on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate and adverse reaction incidence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （95.0%） was higher than that of the control group （74.0%）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. And the incidence rate of adverse reactions （2.0%） in observation group and control group （3.0%） showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nitroglycerin on the basis of routine treatment can significantly improve the treatment effect on chronic heart failure patients, with high safety, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
