中西医结合治疗银屑病的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines in the treatment of psoriasis

目的探究中西医结合治疗银屑病的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年12月至2016年6月收治的152例银屑病患者,采用数字随机表法分为研究组与参照组,各76例。参照组患者进行常规西医治疗,研究组患者进行中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗后1年的复发率情况。结果参照组患者的治疗总有效率为76.32%,复发率为15.79%;研究组患者的治疗总有效率为94.74%,复发率为6.58%,研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,复发率明显低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对银屑病患者采取中西医结合的方式进行治疗能够取得良好的效果,患者的病情可得到明显的改善,而且也降低了患者在治疗后的复发率,值得在今后的临床工作中进行进一步推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods One hundred and fifty-two patients with psoriasis from December 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 76 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine western medicine, while the study group accepted traditional Chinese and western medicines. The total effective rate of treatment and the recurrence rate after 1 year of treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate in the control group was 76.32%, and the recurrence rate was 15.79%; the total effective rate in the study group was 94.74%, and the recurrence rate was 6.58%, the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines has good effect in the treatment of psoriasis, and state of an illness of the patients＂ can get obvious improvement, and the recurrence reduces, which is worth for further popularization and application in the future clinic.
