糖尿病并发肺结核诊断中CT检查的应用价值分析

Application value of CT examination in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的分析CT检查在糖尿病并发肺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年1月笔者所进修单位收治的90例糖尿病合并肺结核患者的临床资料,将其作为研究组;同时,选取本单位同期收治的54例非糖尿病的肺结核患者的临床资料,将其作为对照组;对比两组患者的CT表现征象与结核病变部位。结果两组患者结核病变部位无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组的空洞形成率、干酪样病变率显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病并发肺结核病诊断中,CT检查表现具有多样性,有利于进一步提升空洞形成、干酪样病变的检出率,值得在临床检查诊断工作中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of CT examination in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in the author＇s advanced units from January 2015 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, which were chosen as the study group. The clinical date of 54 cases of tuberculosis patients without diabetes at the same period were chosen as the control group. The CT signs and tuberculous sites of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference on tuberculous sites of the two groups （P〉0.05）. The team＇s hole formation rate and caseous lesion rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT examination in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis shows diversity, it can improve the detection rate of the void formation and caseous lesions, which is worth popularization and application in clinical examination.
