Effect of new model of obstetric care on improving natural delivery rate

目的分析与研究产科护理新模式对促进产妇自然分娩的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月至2016年7月收治的182例住院产妇,采用数字随机的方法将182例产妇分为研究组与对照组,各91例。对照组产妇给予产科常规护理,研究组产妇运用产科护理新模式进行护理,对两组产妇的护理效果进行观察,比较两组产妇的自然分娩率。结果在不同的护理方法下,对照组产妇的自然分娩率为52.75%,研究组产妇的自然分娩率为92.31%,研究组产妇的自然分娩率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将产科护理新模式运用在产科产妇的护理工作中能够取得良好的护理效果,可以显著提高产妇的自然分娩率,有助于产妇在产后身体的恢复,对新生儿的成长也起到了很好的帮助作用,值得在今后的临床工作中广泛推广与运用。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of new model of obstetric care on improving natural delivery rate. Methods A total of 182 hospitalized puerpera were selected from May 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital and they were divided into study group and control group, with 91 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric care, while the study group was treated with the new model of obstetric care. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed, and the natural delivery rate of the two groups was compared. Results Under the different nursing methods, the natural delivery rate was 52.75% in the control group and 92.31% in the study group. The natural delivery rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The new model of obstetric care can achieve good effect in obstetrical maternal nursing work, which can significantly improve natural delivery rate, help maternal in postpartum recovery, and play a very good role in the growth of newborn. It is worthy of wide promotion and use in the future clinical work.
