摘要
热风炉工艺要求在规定的时间要达到规定的拱顶温度,同时又要始终保持最佳的燃烧配比。为了达到最佳的燃烧效果,需要不断地调整空气及煤气的供给量。因此,投用热风炉自动烧炉技术,寻找一种能够实现最佳燃烧,降低能耗,减轻劳动强度,同时提高热风炉效率的燃烧方法成为必然。本文以南钢5号高炉热风炉的模糊控制自动烧炉系统为研究背景,简要介绍模糊控制技术在热风炉自动烧炉系统的开发与应用。
The process requires the hot blast stove to reach the required vault temperature within a specified time period while constantly maintaining the optimum combustion ratio. In order to reach the optimum combustion effect,it is needed to continuously adjust the supply flux of the gas and the air. Thus,it is necessary to seek for a combustion method to realize the optimum combustion,with lower energy consumption and less working intension and improved hot blast stove efficiency,by applying the automatic furnace burning technology for hot blast stove. This article briefly introduces the development and application of fuzzy control technology in automatic furnace burning system for hot blast furnace,taking the fuzzy controlled automatic furnace burning system for hot blast stove of blast furnace 5# of NISCO as the research background.
