宁夏石化汽油加氢装置试生产国V汽油总结 被引量:7

摘要 为了适应汽油产品质量升级的要求,宁夏石化公司2013年新建了一套1.2 Mt/a催化汽油加氢装置,该装置采用中国石油石油化工研究院和中国石油大学(北京)共同开发的GARDES汽油加氢技术。对1.2 Mt/a催化汽油加氢装置进行国Ⅴ汽油试生产结果表明:在加工硫含量79.3 mg/kg、硫醇硫含量20.66 mg/kg的催化汽油时,混合汽油硫含量9.1 mg/kg、硫醇硫含量3.5 mg/kg,可满足国Ⅴ汽油排放标准的要求;混合汽油产品的辛烷值损失为1.4个单位,脱硫选择性较好;混合汽油产品收率98.36%、能耗14.85千克标油/吨,能耗低于设计值。 In order to meet the requirements of quality upgrading of gasoline products,Ningxia petrochemical company established a set of 1.2 Mt/a catalytic gasoline hydrogenation device in 2013,which uses GARDES gasoline hydrogenation technology developed by Sinopec and China petroleum university(Beijing).The test results of China Ⅴproduct show that when the catalytic gasoline has 79.3 mg/kg sulfur and 20.66 mg/kg mercaptan sulfur,the mixed gasoline sulfur content is 9.1 mg/kg,mercaptan sulfur content is 3.5 mg/kg,which both can meet the requirements of China Ⅴ gasoline emission standard.The octane loss of mixed gasoline products is 1.4 units,the desulfurization selectivity is good.The mixed gasoline product yield is 98.36 %,energy consumption is 14.85 kg oe/t,which is lower than the design value.
