入世后我国高校学分制的创新

摘要 学分制与学年制相比 ,学生学习灵活 ,能充分发挥主动性 ,比双学位缩短了学习时间 ,实现了复合型人力资本储备。我国现行的学分制带有浓厚的学年制色彩 ,教学管理本位 ,导致学生成为学习的“机器”。入世后 ,我国高校学分制创新 ,应制定适应国际化教育的国家教育标准 ,加强教育资源共享 ,拓宽专业 ,放宽学籍管理限制。 Compared with the academic year system, credit system has many advantages, such as flexible study for students, their initiative to be stimulated, the studying time to be shortened, and more students with multi-capacities to be fostered. The present credit system is heavily tinged with the academic year system with rigid management, and makes the students like a 'studying machine'. After entering WTO, the credit system reform in our country should strengthen the share of educational resources, increase specialties and loosen the restrictions of management of the students' status by formulating a national educational standard to adapt to international education.
